JOB DESCRIPTION:

我們正在尋找一名資深策略/策略副總監(jiān)，來領(lǐng)導(dǎo)汽車/3C品牌的策略制定。理想的候選人將與資深的客戶緊密合作，深入了解他們的業(yè)務(wù)需求，并就其品牌、傳播和渠道提供清晰的見解。理想的候選人也須將客戶需求轉(zhuǎn)化為深刻的洞察，以激發(fā)我們屢獲殊榮的創(chuàng)意。

We are looking for a Senior Planner or Associate Planning Director to lead strategy for an Auto/3C brand. The ideal candidate will work closely with senior clients to understand their business needs and give clear point-of-views about their brand, communications, and channels. The ideal candidate must also transform the client needs into sharp insights to inspire our award-winning creatives.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. 5年以上廣告公司經(jīng)驗，有4A廣告公司經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。5+ years agency experience, 4A agency experience is preferred.

2. 具備與重要客戶建立長期深度合作關(guān)系的經(jīng)驗。Must have long-term deep partnership with a major client experience.

3. 具備處理客戶業(yè)務(wù)和品牌問題的經(jīng)驗，而不僅僅是campaign方面的經(jīng)驗。Must have experience handling a client's business and brand questions, not just communications campaigns.

4. 具備獨立領(lǐng)導(dǎo)策略的經(jīng)驗（包括向客戶present以及合作）。Must have lead strategy experience independently (presenting and working with clients)

5. 有汽車行業(yè)經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。同時，有奢侈品牌或3C相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗更佳。Auto experience is strongly preferred. Also, experience with luxury brands or 3C brands is a plus.

6. 英語可作為工作語言。Ability to work in English.
