Job Description:

1. 根據(jù)創(chuàng)意簡報，構(gòu)思并打造兼具原創(chuàng)性與實用性的創(chuàng)意方案及美術(shù)指導(dǎo)方向。Produce and craft original and usable concepts and art directions in response to creative briefs.

2. 以清晰、專業(yè)且具有說服力的方式，完成對內(nèi)及對外的創(chuàng)意方案提案工作。Pitch work internally and externally in a clear, professional, and persuasive manner.

3. 與相關(guān)部門緊密協(xié)作，確保溝通順暢，同時合理把控團隊的預(yù)期。Work closely with relevant Departments to ensure effective communication and management of teams' expectations.

4. 配合客戶團隊，深入理解客戶品牌理念，以最大化呈現(xiàn)品牌價值為目標(biāo)開展項目管理工作。Work with Account Teams to understand the clients' brands and manage projects in a way that will support maximum delivery of the brand.

5. 維護并深化客戶關(guān)系，為創(chuàng)意成果的落地執(zhí)行提供支持。Develop client relationships to support the delivery of the creative work.

Requirements:

1. 具備資深美術(shù)指導(dǎo)專業(yè)能力，擁有 5 年以上線上廣告領(lǐng)域工作經(jīng)驗。An accomplished Art Director with 5+ years of experience in ATL field.

2. 扎實掌握設(shè)計原理，具備優(yōu)秀的創(chuàng)意構(gòu)思能力。Solid understanding of design principles and creative conceptualization skills.

3. 具備出色的溝通表達與提案演示能力。Very good communication and presentation skills.

4. 思維開放、事業(yè)心強，且品行端正、誠實守信。An open-mind, ambitious nature, and integrity.
